Our office is located in Ocean Commerce Park, 2004 S.  Croatan Hwy. Unit 18, Kill Devil Hills, near MP #9.75. Set back off the highway, down a long driveway, near the end. Our road is right between the Birthday Suits store and the Harris Teeter gas station.

Yes! You can drive on the northern beaches of Corolla (where the wild horses are) and on areas of Cape Hatteras National Seashore.

Our Jeeps include permits for the northern beaches in Corolla and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. You do not need to purchase a permit.

Yes! Your rental comes with a full tank of gas when you pick it up.  Please return the Jeep with a full tank of gas or incur a $100 refueling charge.

Yes! Seeing the horses is one of the most popular things to do in our Jeeps. We provide maps of the area, driving instructions and tips for how to find horses.

Our Wranglers are equipped for maximum enjoyment. We offer Jeeps with no doors and a mesh top for shade, or fully enclosed with hard top and air conditioning. We do not allow removal of doors or tops ($1000 penalty) so please be sure to select an open Jeep if you don’t want doors or a top. See “Our Jeeps” for a picture of each vehicle as outfitted for summer.

Driving on the beach is easy and fun in our Wranglers. With four-wheel drive and all-terrain tires, our Jeeps can easily handle most of what the local beaches will throw at you. And we provide instructions on where to go and how to avoid trouble.

Want some extra peace of mind? We can include recovery boards with your Jeep for a small fee.

All drivers must provide proof of full coverage auto insurance. Many policies cover rental vehicles, so please remember to bring your insurance ID card or have it available via your insurance company’s app. If you don’t have full coverage, you can purchase it through our carrier here but you’ll need the VIN number of the vehicle, so give us a call or we can arrange it when you come into the office.

Renters or secondary drivers must be 25 years of age and carry full coverage auto insurance. No exceptions.

The renter needs to bring their valid drivers license and proof of full insurance coverage. A credit card is required for the rental – not a debit card. If you plan to add an additional driver, they will need to be present at time of rental with valid drivers license and insurance information

Reservations cancelled prior to 48 hours of rental will receive a full refund minus a $10 credit card processing fee.

Any cancellations within 48 hours of rental will not receive a refund.

For week-long reservations, cancellation must be made prior to 72 hours of rental for full refund minus $10 credit card processing fee.

Sorry, we love dogs but cannot allow pets in our vehicles. Pet hair is hard to clean and we need to consider other customers with allergies.

If you are running a little late, don’t worry. We will hold your reservation. If you are going to be really late, you should contact us.

Please note that your rental begins at the time stated on your reservation, not when you pick up the vehicle. The vehicle must be returned by the original return time on the reservation.

If the weather looks bad for the day you’ve reserved, you should contact us.

If it looks like a full day of rain, we will likely be trying to contact you to cancel or reschedule. If we can’t reschedule, we will provide a full refund.

If it looks like passing showers, we will generally send out the Jeeps and advise you to cover the open Jeeps if it rains. You cannot drive with the rain cover so plan accordingly.
